Christmas morning is always busy with opening gifts and spending time with family. The last place I wanna be is in the kitchen alone missing all the Christmas morning magic!
That’s why we love this quick, easy breakfast. I like to make a batch of these, and a batch of regular piggies that way we have a balance of sweet and savory.
With both batches, we have little treats to snack on the rest of the day or days after… however long these goodies last.
Whether it’s for an easy holiday breakfast or just a fun treat to add in your rotation, I hope you and your family enjoy!
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the cinnamon rolls and cut each into 3–4 equal strips. Wrap one strip around each sausage link and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden. (I keep an eye on the bottom of the rolls as well… that’s usually what tends to burn first in my experience).
Heat your glaze according to the package instructions, drizzle over the warm pigs in a blanket, and serve.
